Fabulous place within easy walking distance of central Auckland. Lovely pool and great food
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, courteous staff and service at all times.
Central hotel, busy. Breakfast was a big disappointment for such a large hotel. No omelette chef, v poor presentation of jams with no dishes for them to take to your table and chicken sausages for the cooked breakfast - what are they!!! Mushrooms were contaminated most morning by the chef's favourite flavour. Coffee refills were pure chance. Plus head waiter ordering ppl to sit where he tells them!
Great place to stay
Construction lift outside our window which started at 7:00 am. Not the best start to the day. As a result was late to breakfast and continental items either finished or gone Room was not very clean, found cellaphane wrapper at side of bed Bed was comfortable and room well apportioned Would not recommend Did stay at Avani Suites before, so much better and no noise
Offered us an early check in after a long flight which helped with the children’s jet lag. Enjoyed the pool also!
Extremely comfortable beds and a nice large room and soacious bathroom. Hotel becoming a bit dated with some repairs needed but nonetheless good value & v central. There is some construction work outside which affects some rooms and work starts v early. We were offered a room change but it was a bit too late to take the hotel up on this but they v kindly waived our car park fee as compensation which was much appreciated. Staff extremely polite & efficient.
Room amazing service excellent only issue is the safety issues bathroom floors are not non slip
An ideally placed hotel, with excellent staff on the reception and concierge desks. Warm welcome, helpful information provided. The room was fantastic - extremely spacious, clean, nice big windows for a city view, easily accessed and very comfortable. Didn’t get round to using their pool area but would do if in Auckland again. Was very happy with the flexibility of the room, and the added bonus of a bath long enough to lie completely flat in!! Big bonus!! Would happily stay again, hats off to all the staff working here!
Stayed four nights in a club room and found everything to our liking. Staff were all pleasant and friendly.Car park convenient to hotel lobby. Would definitely stay again.
