Overall, our stay at ANA was a delight. Breakfast options were plentiful and upscale (especially the Japanese offering) and service was always friendly and top-notch. My only suggestion would be to have a small section of the pool reserved for adults-only, as I felt the property was more so geared towards children (all three pools) and less towards adults/couples looking to relax.

Great hotel in Ishigaki

Stayed in the bay wing, which is newer and looks better than the sea and coral wings. Great staff and service levels, and the food was really good. Also like the quality of the room and the common areas. The one drawback is that everything closes a bit early (the cafeteria closed already at 16:30, dinner had last orders at 21:00 and the bar at 21:30). We found ourselves meeting closed doors more than once...

Great stay

We decided to upgrade to a club benefits room which was a great experience. We really enjoyed breakfast, tea time and happy hour. The resort is beautiful and the pool was heated. My husband did a round of golf which he enjoyed. The only con was free weights in weight room only go to 10kg.
