Not bad. Bed was comfortable and clean. Pillows, mattress, and sheets were good. A/C blasted nice and cold and not very noisy. Some spots in the rooms could’ve been cleaner like the counter and control but aside from a couple of minor things I’d say it was still a fairly clean room. Front desk ladies were nice. Could hear a little bit of noise from room but for the most part neighboring guests weren’t too loud. I would stay here again.

After reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised that my room and public areas were so clean and both front desks clerks at checkin and checkout were very pleasant. My stay was in the middle of driving from Chicago to WNC and was perfect for my needs.

Sleep before an early flight
A great place for a few hours of sleep before catching an early flight at CVG. Ten-minute drive to the airport. Friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet room on a Wednesday night. Room showing its age. Had to leave too early to sample the breakfast.

Terrible front desk service
When we arrived, we were told by the front desk clerk, Adrien, that he didn’t have any more double/doubles for us. I just stared at him. “People have overstayed,” and there just was not a room for us. He said, “I can put you in a queen w/ a pullout couch.” I said that was fine, until I got to the room and discovered the pullout couch was a twin bed. I have a 20 and 17 year old - I’m not putting them in a twin, and we had pre-paid for a double/double. Back to the front desk, and the obstinate clerk was absolutely unwilling to help us. “The manager is on vacation and cannot he reached” I suggested a lot of options, like giving us an additional room at no cost. His only offer was to say that he could check us out and we could leave. I asked for the number for corporate, and called them as I headed back to the room. While I was talking to corporate, the clerk called our room and had magically found a room that just hadn’t been cleaned yet (interestingly, it was the room number that he had crossed out on the paper I signed). He said he’d get housekeeping to clean it, and we could move. While we waited for that, another double/double magically opened up. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. Definitely not immaculate, but fine. If we were not treated so poorly, I probably would have not noticed. I feel that we were lied to from the start and perhaps were being punished for booking through Hotels.com. This is unacceptable
