Great service...old building
We had wonderful service. Check in and out easy. Old building...they are working to make it better. Elevator not working, but they were able to change our room to the bottom floor. Toilet didn't flush well...sink didn't drain well. Shower worked great, but where shower rod hooked to wall...board pulled away from wall. We were there to sleep and shower...okay stay for one night. Price was good too.

Horrible spray painted tub with overspray on the controls, floor and walls. Carpet in very bad shape. Couch dirty. You should pay us to stay there. Never again. That said, the help was very friendly.

Rooms Need Repair
Our room, 150, was in poor condition. The carpet had burn marks and/or stains. The bathroom was missing trim around the floor tile, the shower fawcet and ceiling lightbulb had paint all over them, there is something red all over the door frame and hair dryer cord and the caulking around the sink area is in terrible condition. This room was right next to the elevator and very noisy. However, the common area appeared to be recently updated and very clean.

Room was in bad condition. Bed skirt was ripped , sheets stained . Room smelled of smoke ,it was a non smoking room baseboard was missing. The room was shabby.

We had reserved a King handicapped accessible room but when we checked in were told that they had over booked and they offered us 2 queen beds in a regular room. I needed the handicapped room. The clerk did find a queen handicapped room which we took. However the commode was a regular size with grab bars and the tub was not a walk-in, but had a removable shower seat. The reason I was there was to have surgery the next day, so these facilities made bathing and toileting pretty difficult. The room itself was very comfortable and clean.
