Prince George Hotel
A bit of a let down
Apart outside the elevator at 3am kept us awake. Management ignored our complaint , not even a complimentary breakfast bedside click set 2 hours fast spoiled our morning after jet lag . No standalone shower is not in keeping with price range. Disappointing

Lovely Christmas
It was great. The toilet was the only problem, having to hold the flusher down for 10 seconds to remove stuff is not pleasant. Minor gripe, great hotel.

Very Good8.0
Good room, give Crown a miss.
Good size room, but Crown service not worth the extra money. Small, crowded lounge where we had to serve ourselves from what food was left and clean up afterwards. Would stay again but not on the 6th floor.

Prince George Hotel
It was one of the most overrated hotels. Service was horrendous to say the least. From beginning when I’ve checked in the bellboy saw that I was a petite girl carrying two human size luggage’s and a carry on, he didn’t even offer to press the button for the elevator for me. Just stared and walked away. I’ve put in a simple request to have my bed sheets changed everyday and they’ve confirmed it will be done. But that’s not the case. I come back from a long day of work to find that they weren’t changed and I only know this because I’ve marked the pillowcases and sheets. They’ve apologized and promised it won’t happen again. But I come back the next day to find the same thing happening! Theres a reason why I chose a reputable hotel. I trusted that they uphold a certain set of standards so that I wouldn’t have to stress or worry about my room at the end of a long work day. That’s not the worst part. I also saw that drawers were opened and my luggage lock combo tampered with. I then asked the manager under what circumstance would the cleaner open them. He told me they clean the drawers but why would a cleaner dust inside the drawers when she can’t even do a Simple task that was requested which was to change the bed sheets? I then asked him about my luggage combo. I never claimed anything was stolen because everything was locked up but they should’ve taken what happened seriously. All he said was I can’t really prove it. But I have nothing to gain from this. Overall worst hotel
