My first time visiting Pakistan. A staff greeted me at the airport, which was a pleasant surprise. (I didn't know they would do it.) The staff drove me to the hotel. It's a bit too far to walk, so make sure to let hotel know about your flight and connect with the staff. The room was very clean, and overall, great experience at the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel to a first-timer. I will stay again for sure.

Our Executive room was space, clean and modern. Our stay was comfortable in it. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was delicious. What really set it apart was their helpful staff. We stayed here for our wedding night, and the staff kindly arranged a lovely room decoration for an additional cost, which made the experience even more special. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the bathtub wasn’t functioning and the sink was initially clogged, the staff responded immediately and handled everything with great care and professionalism. They were very cooperative and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The food was decent, and while we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all the facilities since we were quite busy, the overall experience was pleasant.

Stay at Royal Swiss Lahore

Overall the hotel is amazing compared to what Pakistan has to offer. Very clean the staff was very friendly and always greeting with a smile. However I found that the Cafe on the first floor had very little to offer as most of the stuff on the menu was out. We tried hot and sour soup which I would give a 5 out of 10. Other then this over stay was a very positive experience. Thank you to all the staff.

Room was not cleaned and there was big dead insect on bed. Not a standard size room and also there were water leakage lines on the wall. According to price very poor services and facilities. My first experience was good but thus time really shocked. Both time i didn't used breakfast option but i used their restaurant for dinner buffet and that was good.

Not worth the amount paid for the stay. Only if there is a long layover in Lahore its ok to rest for a few hours or for a night since it is near the Airport. Last year they had to change my room 2 times because the Aircondition was not working, giving it a second try the hot water faucet was broken in the bathroom, I saw bugs crawling in the room and had to ask to change the room again. I Will Never stay again in this hotel. Though the Staff is amazing, food is good but the property needs to be maintained. Specially when a customer is paying a decent amount for a night. And yes, I sent an email two weeks ago to the management through Hotel.com explaining my previous experience and telling I am going to try once more staying here. Seems like they dont care. I stayed two days September 7-9, 2026.
