Our short stay was excellent. The staff were more than helpful and the hotel is in a great location. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food and service was top of the range.

Five star service
Great hotel in excellent location Only downside is the price. Still water at the bar was 7.5 euros, same as a small beer Limited English channels on the tv
robin, gb3 night family trip
Good 6.0
The hotel forgot about our wedding anniversary although they had been informed. We were not handed out the daily newspaper ordered.
Julia, gb3 night family trip
Very good 8.0
Good but not brilliant
Very luxurious although very traditional decor. Slipped on minor details, no paper as ordered, coffee machine failed to make coffee but I could use hot water with own (better) teabags. Fixed first not the second. Only restaurant is very very expensive and little choice, definitely expense account territory. Luckily lots of cheap(er) alternatives nearby. Few choices of English language TV despite many English/ American guests. Friendly staff.

Since we got at the hotel, everything was wonderful, the lobby, the personal, the room. They were expecting us, since our flight got delay. They even gave us a room with street view.
