Turned away even though I had booked
Booked there in advanced on Hotels.com. The phone number I was sent was not connected. When I arrived they told me they didn't have my booking and that I couldn't stay because they were fully booked (even though I showed them my reservation confirmation). They told me they couldn't refund me and had to do it through hotels.com, didn't help me find another place to stay, and didn't seem that apologetic. Had to pay for somewhere else last minute which ended up being expensive and wasted my time and petrol. Still waiting to get my money back. Really disappointed.

Have stayed here before, but will book directly next time as although paid and received confirmation, the poor hotel had not received my booking,
