Bad hotel!
This hotel is dirty, non-smoking room smelled like smoke, door lock broken, cigarette burns in bathroom, no breakfast. Overall this hotel needs a major renovation. I can't believe it carries the Ramada name.

The Ramada Limited Cockeysville recommended by me
My wife liked the sink location being outside the bathroom. A sink located inside the bathroom limits access to only one person especially if one putting on makeup in a moist hot environment. There is one item which caused the smiley face rather then the happy face. The bathtub floor surface “has what appears to be glue spots left over from an anti slip pad”. The area was slippery. The water delivery pressure was very good. The Ramada Limited Cockeysville provide a friendly and informative experience during my stay.

If it wasn’t pouring rain and late in the evening after a long hard work day, I’d have requested a refund and left. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets, torn sheets, mold spots on the ceilings, AC/heater smelled so bad I turned it off, carpet felt damp, breakfast not available -sign said health department shut down- no surprise. People lingering in the stairwells, cat calls as you walk across the dark parking lot from the hotel office to the separate building where your room is. I didn’t even bring my luggage or winter coat into the room because I didn’t want it to pick up the foul odor of the room. In the morning I told the manager about my room. He said next time I come he’d give me one of the good rooms. Shouldn’t ALL of the rooms be good rooms??
