Loved this hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the decor is funky and I loved my cabin bed with a mural. Great location super comfy bed. Loved the powerful shower too and the green policies.

Fantastic hotel. Was absolutely perfect. Great facilities ( gym, movie room, free coffee/ hot drinks). Staff went above an beyond to cater for our individual needs. Great location if you spending a few days in Brussels.

Incompetent and non-friendly front desk
Expirience with very incompetent and non-friendly front desk receptionist. I have to solve problem: There was a smell of sewer pipe in my room. I made the night and next morning asked for changing the room. Receptionist refused to change the room saying they would come fix it. The repair may have taken place and the sewer smell was replaced with a strong smell of lemon disinfectant. You definitely don't want to sleep in the smell of disinfectant. She gave me another room after insisting to change. The new room was OK. Very good breakfast. Modern and simple style of the room. Pitty for hotel for this review. It was not neccessary.
