Still the best hotel in KL
I booked a Club Twin Tower View King Room at Level 26 and it was such an experience at my last night in KL. The room, building and interior are just still spectacular and luxurious. The staff go all the way t provide excellent service. The hotel may be older than some of the other newer hotels around vicinity, yet it maintains its best service in the area. Will definitely come back when I am next in KL.

Worlds Best Concierge!
Fabulous hotel with great business lounge. All staff were very personable and helpful. Pool area might be ready for a refresh. Huge shout out to concierge Sharhun (apologies if error in his name ). We received an email from the airline advising us that our flight was delayed by 8 hours. It seemed a little suspicious to us. We tried to verify the change without success. We went to Sharhun for help. He fully appreciated the time urgency and used all of his resources to help us. Once he did find out that the email we received was fraudulent, he tracked us down in the hotel, facilitated our urgent transfer to the airport and had us met at the airport by his airline representative who helped us quickly navigate check in. We are profoundly grateful for his service excellence and support!!!!
