Near multiple services
Conveniently located near two metro stations. With a self laundry service and a supermarket in the same street and lot of restaurants options nearby. Clean and modern. Room space a nice surprise for Paris standards. One day of six they had not make the room at 5pm. Staff very kind and helpful at all times.

Paper thin walls and paper cups
I completely do not understand how this hotel has all the 5 star reviews, it barley deserves two, we had a stuffy twin room with paper thin walls and could hear the next room coughing all night. Paper cups to drink instant coffee from with no milk. Double doors which open on to a dead space filled with litter and cigarette butts. Overall I would not stay in this hotel again. Overpriced and for the same money I am sure there is much better options available.

Highly Recommend!
A wonderful hotel tucked into a quiet street. There is a Franprix (Grocery store) across the street which is so great for snacks and drinks. The hotel is well kept and clean. The staff is amazing. Bed is so comfortable and fairly large for Paris standards. Extremely fair price and close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

A short stay.
The room was not as accepted. Small in general with limited facilities. The walls are super thin so you here all the other guests. The toilet and shower were a little cramped and hard to use. I had a 10 minute wait upon arrival as the front desk was not manned. Apologies were offered though when someone appeared. Breakfast team were friendly and the choice on offer whilst fairly limited was well presented and fresh. Not a hotel I would stay at again simply because it did not meet all my needs.

Great stay at Joe M. Lively district of Paris. Nice room and staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast lovely. A compact hotel - good value for money. Don’t pay extra for balcony unless very top floor as no view of anything other than the apartments opposite. Good location - walkable to most of the attractions (approx 20) as you see so much more. But is close to multiple Metro stops if required. Overall a pleasant and welcoming experience

Amazing value for money
This hotel exceeded our expectations! 24/7 service on reception and every member of the team we met was super helpful. Check in is 12pm so a really good time and luggage can be left and easy to collect. The whole hotel had a modern, clean and fashionable. The room was lovely and cosy and the balcony is a hidden gem we weren’t expecting. Really big and could could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower in the distance! Would definitely stay again
