Great location for temple bar
Great location, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were pretty rubbish but useable and slept ok most nights. We mentioned the comfort of the beds in an initial review on day 1 and were offered a room change which we decided not to take as the problem wasn’t a massive issue to us. Room was clean on arrival and regularly cleaned during our stay. We were lucky enough to be on the 5th floor so noise downstairs wasn’t an issue for us like other reviews have mentioned. Only real problems were that construction works were taking place outside and started early each morning, which we weren’t warned about on booking or arrival so we were woken up early each morning by this. The room was extremely warm and as there was no air conditioning or fan provided, having the window open at all times was our only option for cooling the room a little. Would be nice to have a mini bar in the room to have cool drinks to hand but again just a minor niggle. Only other minor issues were that the shower was a bit rubbish (but again useable) and the towels provided were really small. Despite the couple of negative points we really enjoyed our stay at Blooms and would happily stay again.

Perfect for a lively trip
Stayed here a few times now. Never had an issue. Location couldn’t be better for temple bar. Read a few reviews saying the outside noise gets quite bad, but the hotel is 50 yards from Temple Bar, you can’t have a great location and a silent hotel! Would highly recommend and will certainly be staying here again soon.

No sleep what so ever!
Really disappointed with my stay. I knew I was staying in a busy area for bars so kind of expected to hear everyone coming out of the bars around midnight, but then there was a glass collection van early hours maybe even about 2am, which woke me up. Building work also started around am, which was unbearable! When checking out noone asked me how my stay was, i assume because they already know the issues. I feel a bit cheated out of £105 to be honest! Not

Couple night out
Location is perfect. Good hotel, nice stafg, easy check in. Be prepared to pay a bit extra for your taxi if booking through reception though, they should probably make you aware ..... but didn't. Stayed 5-6 times now, always reliable and priced okay for area. The room was immaculate but exterior window was shoddy, no fault of cleaners but possible construction next door but they could seriously do with a wipe!!
