Outstanding hotel in the very center of old Sintra! Limited parking on site. Clean large comfortable rooms, great bar! Incredible views out all room windows. 20 year old port served in the bar. Breakfast ok. Continental but the fruit is fresh and coffee is great!

Great hotel and staff
The hotel was very welcoming and clean in a good location. Jessica at the front desk was fantastic, helping us with the details of our stay! John and Nadia were very nice also. Hugo and Diogo were very good and provided excellent service in the bar and restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here.

While this property is showing its age and could use a bit of a refresh, the location makes up for it. It is located near the National Palace of Sintra, and has easy access to Taxi's and Tuk Tuk's to get to other palaces and castles. If you are coking by train the hotel is about a kilometer away from the station and up hill, I would recommend a Taxi or Tuk. There is plenty of food nearby and most sites are walkable from the hotel.

The location is amazing in the upper town and the views are spectacular. The service was excellent. That said, the property needs work. room had a mildew smell and needed general maintenance (the door stuck, the bidet didn't work, etc.) No one should bring a car. While there is a garage, the hotel is in the pedestrian zone and driving is very difficult.
