Stay for autumn twylight in St Georges Market
We enjoyed our stay in the Europa, It is very conveniently situated, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable except for pillows which could have been slightly firmer.Good choice for buffet breakfast, poached eggs great but husband found bacon and sausages a bit greasy. We loved the Piano Bar. would stay again. No wine glasses in room
There were no wind glasses in room and when I asked for ice and glasses they said £5 charge-ridiculous, but I agreed. However 90 mins later they hadn't arrived so I called and cancelled them. Poor

Anniversary Weekend
We had a fabulous stay here at the Europa, greeted by Thomasina at front desk, who was soo helpful and provided us with a superb room. All the amenities are delightful. Food, drinks and staff have been 1st class. Cannot wait until our next trip. Thanks from us.

Great Staff/Service/Location
Excellent Staff, without exception. Probably the best 'teamwork' I have seen and the hotel overall is very very good. Found the rooms very clean and tidy but a little on the small side and the walls are a little thin meaning that you can hear much of what is going on around you. Great location in the heart of Belfast. I'd definitely return but I'd probably pay a little more for a better room simply for the 'noise' reason
