Little gem in the heart of Edinburgh!
Stayed here to celebrate a birthday and we really weren't disappointed. From the beginning to the end our stay was seamless and the hotel staff went that extra mile to make our time in Edinburgh very special, a real asset to your hotel! From the complimentary birthday chocolates, to the requested birthday balloon being in the bedroom upon arrival... A great stay. The hotel was extremely clean and we were fortunate enough to have a beautiful view of Edinburgh out of the window. The only downfall I would say is the bed wasn't majorly comfy and the tv could have been a bit closer to the bed. Parking was expensive but I suppose it is what you would expect for 48 hrs in Edinburgh. Everything else was flawless and brilliant value for money, we would certainly stay here again!!!

December stay for Christmas market
Stayed 2 nights fir the Christmas market. Excellent location. Great food. Very friendly staff. Warm room. Few bits mussing in our bathroom i.e. no toilet lid, sink plug which I'm sure they would have given me if I had temembered to ask before I went out each time. Our room had a lack of anywhere to put things out of suitcase. No shelves or drawers. Lived out of suitcase.

Great location
In an excellent location the hotel was lovely and the staff welcoming. Only downside was the heating didnt work and the room was very cold and as a result we didnt spend any time there other than to sleep.
