Room was comfortable and clean. For a four star hotel there was no toothbrush and slippers. The restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was limited. There should have been more choice of food.

When we arrived in a thunderstorm we parked in the disabled bay as I am registered disabled and have a disability parking badge. once we had unpacked I said to the parking attendant that we were checking in and I would move the car then to park beside the hotel for free because of my disability badge .The attendant became very abusive and I felt physically threatened and he grabbed the car keys from me saying that it was private property. I complained to management , who got the member of staff and I explained what had happened and the parking attendant admitted he had done it as he was in a bad mood because of the rain and that a lot of people pretend to be disabled. This is not acceptable behaviour and the management were appalled at his behaviour and it was referred further up the management level. after further discussions this matter has been resolved. this situation totally ruined our 3 night stay as I could not relax especially each time we left or returned to the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel before without problem. the rooms have been upgraded and were good. the main bar area and next to it has changed and not for the better. there is a games area next to the bar/restaurant area. it feels as if this hotel has dropped it's standard and gone down market. we will not be staying again despite its perfect location and newly refitted rooms. feels very impersonal. it now charges a resort fee for a lot of items you are unlikely to use or need.. wont use.

We only stayed fleetingly in Los Angeles but this Hotel was just great. The staff were so welcoming and especially Hector who managed to squeeze all Our luggage IMO the car with a big friendly smile! The hotel had a great atmosphere and the food was very good. We are looking forward to staying again at another Kimpton on our trip.

Very nice hotel centrally located in LA. Great hotel facilities, pool, gym and games room. Only had breakfast once as it was expensive and not great. Many Restaurants only a 10 min walk away at ucla. Taxi approx $50 from airport $25 from beach and $40 from Hollywood and universal studios.

We had high hopes for this hotel but it wasn’t as expected. When we arrived our telephone, safe and shower didn’t work. We then had to wait for these issues to be fixed. I then got charged 3 times for the deposit for the hotel which has still not been refunded 6 days prior to leaving the hotel. The staff in the restaurant were rude and the hotel is not child friendly at all. Reception staff then continued to charge me for room service bills that I hadn’t ordered. To top the trip off we stayed on the 10th floor and all we hear from our room was the sound of traffic due to it being located on such a busy road. I really wouldn’t bother.

Great location. Great people. The problem is they advertised 150 a night. So not bad for BH! I booked two nights and the bill came to 450 because they have so many fees, taxes that is not included in the rate. I think that’s not cool and it should be written somewhere so ppl will see it. I didn’t like it...

For the location (Beverly Hills) I expected a beautiful room. Everything was outdated. Curtains were a pain to open and close. The shower faucet was about to fall off. The thermostat for the A/C was out. Had to call maintenance at 10 pm. It needed a new battery. The website at Hotels.com said “Breakfast available”. NOT !! Everything was closed. Great location and great view. Rolando at the front desk was very helpful. But we are not going back.
