一樓大門進去就要換公共的拖鞋，每次進出可能都會穿到不一樣的拖鞋，房卡只有一張，出門帶走冰箱就沒電，浴室淋浴間明明有乾濕分離也有做掛浴簾的軌道卻沒有浴簾，那不就白做了，房間隔音非常的差。還有大樓門的鎖根本壞了，可以直接推開，沒有安全可言，房間的整潔上像是很久沒人住，地板髒 隨處都有螞蟻，冰箱內也有一些髒污小垃圾。
