Hotel was nice for a few hours sleep.

Rooms were good. Facility needs updates but was clean. Breakfast coupons for on-site cafe yielded very small breakfasts. Free but very small portions. Great service however at the cafe.

Poor 2.0
Check in was not at all fast and convenient after I had already made my reservation. The white male in the front desk was throwing my I.d and card like I had Corona. The tv satellite didn’t work. The faucet was leaking...all around a bad experience...I checked in at 2am and stayed till 7am.

The night clerk was not very friendly. He just needs to smile and thank the customers. The shower parts were broken and the shower head was really filthy. The morning clerk was helpful. Thank you

Poor 2.0
You get what you pay for.
Arrived to a guy at the desk who had worked there for four months but didn't know how to process an online transaction. He told me they were 50% occupied and when I asked if he could put me in a first floor room he said that he wasn't sure how to do that and that it would probably change my rate - I said ok...he said that he just didn't know how. Once in my room I noticed that there was no chair for the desk - the next evening my key didn't work and so I came into the office. The front desk woman was very nice and reprogrammed my key - I asked if they could add a chair for my desk and she said she would have it there by 3pm the next day. It never showed up. There's a notice that they change out linens on your third day - this never happened. When I called the office around 11am to ask for my towels to be changed and trash removed, the front desk female said she would make it happen...came back around 4pm - nothing had been changed. Called the front desk and she told me that the cleaning crew had already left for the day - I told her to forget about it. While the rates are low at this location, the customer service is non-existent. For $20 more a night I moved to the Hawthorne on the other side of town and everything was at it should be. I'll never stay at this location again.

Do not stay in this motel they are cheap skates and very crooked they kept my $80 deposit which should have been only 75 but I went ahead and rounded it off so she didn't have to try to find change for me at the front desk when I check out these people keep that deposit and their excuse was because I covered up the smoke alarm maybe my privacy is at stake whatever the reason there was never any smoking of tobacco products in that Room then they came up with the excuse that it smelt like chemicals still don't see whether that's grounds to be able to take somebody's deposit during a time when work is scarce money is tight all due to the economy being ravaged by coved 19 that's pretty low Furthermore they never could get the key card to work properly the 1st time so when I would go to the Room the key have to walk ll the way back to the front desk to try to get a key that work I go back to the Room the key work I ould have to do that 3 times and then finally the girl would come and open the door for me and miraculously the key all the sudden works this happened to me on not just one night but it happened to me on 3 or 4 night stay there. All I can say is it's pretty low and pretty cheap of people to be taken advantage of somebody that's working hard and all they're doing is sitting there Robing you anyways because of the cost of each Room every night I went through expedient to try to get my Room cheaper and I did the 1st night but then every night after that it will I was payi

needed rest - had to stop
Check in was very pleasant and efficient. Room was fine but a bit weird- all the pictures were gone but the hangers were still in the wall. Bathroom was ok but could have been cleaner. Bed was hard. Breakfast was confusing- we felt uncomfortable with the lack of concern for covid care at the cafe.

definite stay.
Comfortable, and clean.

Fair 4.0
The bathroom had paint and texture falling from the ceiling. the area under the sink looked as if it hadn't been mopped or cleaned in months. the door trim in the bathroom was dirty and stained from people putting their hands on it, something was spattered on the wall as well. the hotel room looked really worn. I'm not a clean freak by any means but i have stayed in much cheaper places that seemed to be a lot cleaner. the bathtub had a patch in the floor that was not painted, the towel rack was missing so it had to big holes in the side of the shower. Glad it was just me staying and my wife wasn't with me, we would have made a trip to walmart to get cleaning supplies before going to bed. Very disappointed with a Choice Hotels Chain that is in that kinda of shape.

Very good 8.0
The one bed we started in was great, but the two beds we had a rough time. The first two bed room we were put in the shower had water coming out behind the faucet into the wall, so we asked to move knowing that needed to be fixed. The second two bed room had a tile laying on the floor that had fallen off the wall, the desk chair was broken, the toilet was moving when you’d make any movement on it, and the microwave would run without setting a time and then never warmed up the food. The third two bed we got put in was better. There was no actual desk chair so it wasn’t comfortable for working. The staff was nice about everything but boy was it frustrating to move that many times.
