    Disgusting - stay far away!!
If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I was in ABQ for work recently and decided to stay here because it was close to where I needed to be and I've typically had good luck with this chain in the past. Our room was absolutely disgusting. We were supposed to stay 5 nights but we left after 2 and didn't even stay there one of the two nights because we stayed with a coworker. Typically I can rough it out and just deal with cheap rooms but this was pretty awful. First thing that hit us upon opening the door was a horrible mildew and mold stench. The ac was not on so the room was so muggy that everything was damp in the room. Stains EVERYWHERE. The box spring was stained with something nasty and we weren't about to find out what. There were huge dark stains all over the carpet with something dripping off the dresser? Pieces of plastic and garbage on the floor including a Lego. And black mold literally covering everything. Someone also thought it would be cute to place googly eyes by the lights which were half burnt out. They also ripped the mirror off the door. With all the mysterious stains everywhere I hope we don't need to contact a blood splatter team to investigate what happened in this room. Killed two millipedes as well. We stayed the first night because we were so exhausted but bolted early the next day. See pictures for proof! Our parting gift was a rusty razor blade in the parking lot by our car. Tons of homeless and junkies wandering about.

You get what you pay for
First impression: hotel was old but I figured as long as the room is clean, it’s ok. Check in took awhile as there were only two women at the front and a line of people. While in line, a man came in and handed his key to one of the ladies saying someone was already in the room. the outside walkway needs a good power washing. It was black with grime and puddles of I don’t know what everywhere. Trash littered the stairs. When we got to our room, I did the usual inspection. Carpet was old and grimy. Not vacuumed. There was loose change under the bed and an earring between the wall and dresser. My husband found a huge hair ball on the floor. Bathroom was old, wallpaper peeling off the wall. Hair in the tub. No chain lock on door. One light in the whole room. There were lamps but nowhere to plug them. Mattress was horrible. Sheets were stained. Drawers had crumbs in them. We had two towels for five people our entire stay. Asked for more on the second day,was told we had to wait 20 minutes. Finally got our towels, again, only two. No pool towels provided so my kids had to share the one room towel available. Housekeeper Rebecca was extremely rude. As I left the room so she could clean she demanded, while rolling her eyes at me, that my husband leave too or she wouldn’t clean. I told her she didn’t need to be rude and she said she was only telling me policy. I’ve worked in several hotels and never heard of the policy of kicking people out of their rooms. We will not stay here again.

    Poor 2.0
    Worst hotel experience ever!
we did not arrive to the hotel in Albuquerque until 5 AM after driving all nighy. I made it very clear that we needed a later check out as we hadnt slept for 2 1/2 days and asked that we could sleep until 1 PM instead of the normal 12 Noon and be the last room cleaned. The attendant said he would give Staff that note. A latino housekeeper that evidently doesn't read English, knocked at 11 am & tried to enter She woke us out of a very deep sleep but we so exhausted, We went back to sleep... Then this chick knocked again and woke us up again 11:20 AM. I yelled at her to go away and leave us alone so that we could get our much-needed rest and shower! 5 minutes later a man was pounding on my door telling me to open it and said he was maintenance. I told him I wasn't dressed he said put a towel on! This Latino housekeeper lied and said that I hit her and called her a racial remark! Unbelievable lie! My friend was a witness saying we never even opened the door! Still we had to leave in 20 minites, Still fatigued and now three days with no shower now because of that lying housekeeper! You made our long distance travel even more stressful! I will never stay there again! Place was filthy there was empty food containers and alcohol underneath the bed and the carpet looked like hadnt been vacuumed in the month

    So much nope.
The location is backed up right next to the highway. The noise was the last of my concerns. The bigger issue was the constant flow of homeless people parading through the parking lot. I took comfort in being able to park my car directly outside of my window though, so I could hear any potential break ins. I stayed for three nights. During my first and second night, I had to go outside and politely ask the local gangbangers to please go smoke their weed and blare their music in another parking lot. At least they were friendly, apologized, and went on their way. But on my third night, I learned that there is a very nearby bar that has live music. If you go to bed early or have children, expect to be up until at least 11pm listening to the blaring music. On this particular night, I was in bed by 8:30. I was awakened to someone kicking in my door. As I was yelling at them to go away, they continued to kick the door, so I moved the furniture up against the door. Eventually they came back and continued kicking and trying to get in. I had no clue what to do. Again, they left. But this time, they came back with someone who sounded like she worked at the property because she had a "skeleton key." Now these people who had violently tried to break into my room and continuously ignored my requests to leave had someone from the inside working for them. I continued to yell at them to leave. After multiple break-in attempts, I was too afraid to stay that night. I felt safer in my car.

Avoid this hotel. Should not be listed as Wyndham
I cannot recommend this hotel for any reason. I left at 4:30am and was uncomfortable the whole night. I chose this hotel due to the special price I received and the fact that because I have had such excellent stays with any hotel with Wyndham, I figure I can't go wrong. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First, they take my credit card, as she explained, to charge my card if something is damaged. However, the room was in such disrepair, I am letting Wyndham know that this could not possibly be their standard. The back wall there the bed is and lights and clock radio plugged in had no power. Lights and clock didn't work. What looks like old blood in a spray effect on inside of door. Wallpaper peeling in areas all over the room. Hole at door covered with wallpaper was almost showing again because of shoddy papering. Stains all over the carpets. Tub with no stopper. Phone in bathroom missing top of receiver, broken. Cracks in floor like deep gashes. Someone didn't care enough to replace the tp holder in the bathroom, just one metal bracket sticking out of the wall. The bed was clean but old blankets and comfortable made it feel not totally clean, the mattress had what felt like a hole in it. The room phone on the desk was also broken but usable. The bathroom door needs to be wiped down, mirrors too. Absolutely no return to this hotel for me.
