Room was very clean and comfortable bed. Courteous staff. Carlos was great attendant. Great location near museums. Grand market was nice with ride on the plaza. Hotel Breakfast was nice but a little pricey. No Microwave in room. I would stay again if I was in area.

The location was beautiful and within walking distance to many great restaurants. The hotel atmosphere was clean and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The room service left nothing to be desired. The best part was the staff. They were kind, courteous and made the stay special. We are looking forward to coming back and staying a little longer to fully enjoy the amenities.
