Comfortable spot for family vacation
The hotel has been refurbished and is nicely decorated and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The elevators are small and get very crowded. If you are on the 5th floor, it can take several full elevators to pass you by before you get one in which you can fit. Breakfast is abundant and has good variety but gets chaotic and crowded during peak periods.

Came in to Phila for a family graduation. Great location, can walk to plenty of restaurants, sights, Chinatown, 30th street station, Reading Terminal, art museum, etc.

Great Hotel for crawling baby- Lots of space
Great 2 night stay with my sisters and son. Living room has a huge sectional coach with walk out balcony (great view too), dinning room table with 4 chairs, and lots of space for a little one to crawl around safely. Bedroom with 2 beds - the description said queen but they looked like full but I could be wrong. TV in each room and roomy kitchen area with sink, microwave and fridge (no stove). Baby cribs are real hotel cribs not pack n plays.Happy Hour in the lobby was great. Free drinks cant beat that :)

Pass on this one.
Where to begin? Great location, big room. Great breakfast. Fridge and micro. $50 parking fee. No coffee, no ice machine on floor, 1/2 hour wait for elevator, bed not all that great, and staff attempting to break into our room at 2 am, because the computer registered that the room was vacant. No one calling us beforehand, no knocking on the door, NO attempt to communication with us whatsoever beforehand, and no identifying clothing on the guy who almost made it into our room, say for the security bar. I was very glad for the bar; because it would have been a very bad day for a lot of people, had he made his way in. What on earth was the manager thinking, sending his guy into a room they KNEW (because door registered it was latched) was occupied? We only had a few hours to sightsee, as we were headed off to another place in the afternoon. Needless to say, we didn't go to bed until 4 am, got 5 hours of sleep, and saw only a bit of what we had planned. What a COMPLETE waste of an expensive hotel!

Celebrating a Birthday/NFL Draft 2017
The new renovations were great. The elevators where extremely slow for the amount of people that occupied the hotel. The breakfast was cold all the time the staff didn't clean the place as quickly as needed for amount for personnel. The hotel front desk staff/all staff was friendly and hotel was clean. The hotels location is in an optimum location.
