Blood stains on bed wow!
We called to make sure the hotel was ready for ya @11am as directed and you hotel.com people said yes don’t worry. Well there was worry bc we couldn’t check in until 4pm the lady @ front desk was very nice let us change n head to theme park. When we checked in at night 8pm we opened the food out bed and IT HAD BLOOD stains on it called to get new sheets and asked him to change them! He said I’ll try but i don’t know I’m not the maid ummmm hello everyone knows how to CHANGE a bed let get real. Didn’t give ya enough towels knowing we had 6 guests staying in hotel. Called n they brought themselves breakaway was decent but machines were broken they took a while to fix. But the area of this hote is perfect! If you stay here it’s with the price and the area but other than that would not stay again.

The management was very rude. Receipt said $69, but was charged $99. Still haven't heard from manager about it. Just spent one night and was so loud until late into the night, called twice about it. Ice machine broken. Will not stay there again.
