There were no chairs to sit in to watch TV and 80 year old people do not sit on the edge of the bed to watch. TV, There was no mirror to see the back Of your hair o dry it right, noone cleaned our room for a two day stay, not even fresh towels, breaksfast was not pleasent because nothing was marked so we knew what was in the containers, made it next to impossible for fixing coffee to drink. Beyond that if your there for breakfast before time to shut off breaksfast but close we were informed that it was close to being over so what is left is all there is and for a holiday there should be more manners??and time to enjoy. As it is we don’t think we will be back there. We stay a lot in Billings and this is the first time I ever had a really unplsent stay.

Good hotel with easy access to local area
We were in town for the tail end of our vacation, after visiting Yellowstone National Park. We arrived about 9 on Thursday night, and had absolutely no problems with our check-in. There was a Denny's within easy walking distance, which was great for us, as we haven't had dinner. The room was clean and orderly. The breakfast buffet on Friday morning was fantastic. The only disappointment, and it might be with my definition of a spa, was that there was only a swimming pool. I had expected "spa" to mean "whirlpool". There was not one present, at least that I could see. However, as we were only in town for two nights, it was not a major factor for us. It was easy driving distance to local attractions, including the pictograph caves, PB Moss House Museum, and easy traveling distance to the airport. If we are ever in Billings again, I would definitely stay here.

Nice Stay
Hotel was nice and clean and comfortable. It is built a little odd for a hotel, as it has no awning nor drive through at front office for turning around after checking in. You have a small parking lot to turn around in and then go back to find a parking spot. NO BIG INCONVENIENCE, just strange and something we all noticed as a slight inconvenience. Other complaint was that I booked on HOTELS.com and from an advertisement that showed I would have the option of a pull out couch or roll away bed in the room, so I emailed to verify that I could get a couch, and it was denied, stating that it was not actually available for that specific reservation, only the roll away. Well, a double bed couch is more room than a roll away, I wanted the couch. The staff were kind and responded quickly, but they were not going to accommodate my wish for the couch! Other than that all was well. A "4" rating I feel is fair.

Nice place overall but has a few problems
It was a nice place but there were a few problems while I was there. The hot tub was not working while I was there. Also they were having problems with their wifi for people with IPhones. I was going to use the fitness center but the heat was so high I couldn't even stand being in the room let alone workout in it.

Amazing Staff and Room
The attendant that was on staff when we got there went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. He delivered a cot to our room and sheets and was totally gracious about it. The room was comfortable and very nice. The only drawback was the pool - there were no steps, so my wife couldn't get in due to her knee issues and the jacuzzi looked very worn down and old. I didn't really want to get in.
