The St. Regis Hotel
Very helpful front desk, location of hotel very convenient. We did not have a car and found it very convenient to get around on foot. Rooms very well appointed but a little noisy from traffic at the front or exterior fans at rear.. Although we did enjoy our stay.

Comfortable room, good decor, but what stood out was the friendliness of the front desk staff.

Start of 2 week road trip
Boutique style hotel near gaslamp and canada place. All main tourist areas within walking distance. Lovely staff, great breakfast. A little noisy outside at night if you like fresh air through open window like we do rather than air con but this is due to central location. Not the biggest room but good amenities and very clean

Best hotel in Vancouver
Five star customer service. Brilliant location close to everything. The service makes this hotel a cut above the rest. The reception team are so pleasant always ready to help you in anyway. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vancouver.

Lovely Hotel
The staff in this hotel are very, very hospitable. They are very chatty and cheery. We got a late check out as we were unwell on the day we were leaving. Hotel is really nicely decorated. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. The lift was being renovated whilst we were there so got a bit of a workout when we had to go up and down to the room on the third floor The hotel apparently was offering incentives for the higher floors but as we had already prepaid then it wasn’t offered to us. The lift notification had been on their website for some time but we had booked quite far in advance so we’re unaware. We only ate the breakfast on one morning and it was fine. Breakfast staff weren’t the most cheeriest though and the one thing I was a little put off by was that they sat at a table close by, before we had finished and counted their tips which I think is a bit rude in my opinion. Hotel is in an amazing location in terms of walking about Vancouver and getting the train to the airport. Close by to the train station (Granville is just next door!) A lot of homeless people in vancouver which is really sad. Not the hotels fault of course.
