We had such a lovely stay at Tower Suites hotel. The staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. Francisca was great at reception. We got upgraded to an apartment and it made our stay extra special. The room are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. It really was a very special stay at the hotel and we will be back again for sure. Thank you.

Good location

Nice bar and restaurant. Our room overlooked the subway and could be noisy. Just steps from the transportation and within walking distant of the Tower of London. There was a small charge that I disputed and I could not get anyone to talk to me about it. No manager and I left several messages and no one ever tried to get back to me.

Great location for the trip we did the staff were friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant attached was nice. Breakfast was good. You can see the hotel just behind the Tower of London (Nice neighbours) viewed from the Shard, just over tower bridge. As I said great location.
