Check in was seamless. Sahil was very professional and cordial, when greeting us. And, even went the extra step in upgrading our room, later. We hadn't been back since the Pandemic. It was a wonderful stay. Very comfortable as always. Clean, comfortable room and bedding. With amazing views of the waterfront and Vancouver. We took advantage of dining at the restaurant (using the coupons provided to us at check in). So glad we did. Good food, excellent service and AGAIN amazing views of the waterfront and Vancouver 🙂! Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you Alex for the special meal. Along with the excellent service by you and, your servers. Very nice young ladies. And Sahil, AGAIN for your kindness. Great value for the family. great location.
This was a great hotel to get to from YVR. The room was a good size for 4 people. The bathroom could use a upgrade and the shower could use some more love but it was still comfortable. My only complaint is the provided wifi was not very good. I will be back to this hotel.
