    Not too bad. High pet fee!
    Very fast check-in, plenty of parking, grassy areas for the dogs No vending machines but the desk offered free water bottles. Room could’ve been cleaner. Rug was pretty bad. Otherwise, reasonably comfortable. This was just a traveling stopover. Ridiculous pet fee. $75/nite for 2 dogs 😡

    Weekend Wedding Getaway
    I had a very pleasant stay at this establishment. The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out was flawless; a very easy process. My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The location was ideal for dining, shopping, and site seeing; perfect for out of town guests. The only thing that I would’ve wanted was more pillows lol. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean and I believe newly renovated. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be back!

    There were telltale signs of not caring about the customer. The lobby coffee had grounds in it each day;the paint on the wall was peeling; the breakfast bag was a water bottle, crummy biscuit & an apple (tasty);very weak lights kept the room dark (hard to read in bed). We had actually booked a different level room but, as the night clerk lamented, that room probably wasn’t approved within pandemic rules of the property on the day we were reserved to inhabit that space.

    We choosed this hotel because the kids want to swim and the breakfast. Both of them was temporary closed due the Covid 19. But on the webpage this is the information! "The following services and amenities are available, but with reduced service: Airport Shuttle, Fitness Center, Breakfast, Pool." So? Breakfast and pool not available!!! Room service only after 4days. If I stay only two nights,then why not come? If I need something then need to go to front desk

    It was a very good stay. It is nice to have a full kitchen with separate bedroom. Everyone there was great, and very friendly. I highly recommend the Hotel

    Not so good! I've already notified management of my stay. We checked in late last night due to our electricity being out and unable to use the bathrooms (hot water). The room was not very clean, the shower had hair in it, the towels were dirty, etc! You would think with COVID19 being as high as it is the cleanliness of hotels would be at an all time high. Not too happy! Please have someone reach out to me. Thanks

    Wow, no room service, no one came to bring towels, wash clothes clothes, trash bags or to change the sheets and I stayed for a whole week. The room was super humid so I felt cold, wet and sticky the whole time. There was expired left over food in my mini fridge and whenever I took a shower for more than 2 minutes i'd be standing in about a foot of water because of clocked drains. I complained and they told me that they will knock off a nights stay off my bill.....They never did. I know its still a pandemic to fear but they made 0 effort to accommodate those that actually still have to travel for work and business. Im not even the type of person that leaves reviews for businesses but I've never experienced such bad service in my life
