Staff was very polite and helpful. We got a loft room, and it was very clean. My only complaint is that there was only one chair for a room meant for 6 people. We made own chairs out of the luggage racks and pillows. Lastly, some of the outlets were in odd places. Despite all that, I would return if I’m ever in the area again.

We had an amazing time at the Vinland Hotel. The staff was great and so helpful! I was absolutely OBSESSED with the Nitro Cold Brew tap that was available 24/7. They are dog friendly and the whole town is super dog friendly. The bar/restaurant was really nice and open late so it's a great place to unwind especially because the town closes fairly early. If you can get the valley view rooms, do it because it was so beautiful. The parking was so easy and there was plenty of it. I also loved that the Vinland was at the end of the main street and so convenient to walk to everything.

So we rented a room with a “valley view” the immediate area was overgrown and not much of a view through the trees. The hotel itself was very nice, close to town and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room clean and well appointed. The hotel itself was very quiet, not a lot of noise like a lot of other places. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Solvang.
