Great little hotel in a great location
My wife and I stayed for one night while visiting London. The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of trendy Notting Hill and really close to the tube station. The room was very spacious and clean and, although a little tired, it was at a very reasonable rate, given the area. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the staff who were really friendly and great hosts. Breakfast was either a range of cereals, continental or cooked fresh to order. I had the latter and it was very tasty. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I'm next in London and I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Very good 8.0
Abbey Court is a very nice hotel with attentive and kind staff, in a warm environment. The decor has a local and traditional English feeling. Excellent breakfast, very quiet and close to the tube, making it easy to go everywhere in London. Only the fact of not having an elevator makes it difficult to get a maximum score.

Good 6.0
Pleasant staff but the plumbing was not efficient. e.g. the washbasin taking a couple of minutes to empty and the loo not emptying efficiently

Comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Helpful staff.

Location A1, room pleasant
Room was good, nice linen, en suite though shower not really fit for purpose - not possible to adjust its height. Communal areas a bit scruffy. Location & price great. Didn't have breakfast so no comment on that.
