Good enough for one night.
Stayed at this hotel for one night. The room itself was nice and clean. Looked forward to chilling at the pool for a couple of hours after travelling from Whistler, but found it was packed with locals (who use the pool regularly). The staff were friendly. Took about 20 minutes to walk down to the marina, but definitely worth a walk. Victoria is a beautiful place.

Good inexpensive option on the edge of downtown
We stayed for one night on our way back to Vancouver. We paid a good price for our room and were perfectly happy with our stay. They have ample free parking and the shops / restaurants on Douglas / Government Street are close by. Friendly, helpful staff and a nice pool for the kids. I wouldn't stay for a week but if you need a cheap, overnight stay close to the city centre then this will do nicely.

Clean room - very quiet
Functional and clean room with two decent sized beds. Appeared to be recently refurbished, but looked not quite finished. Good number of electrical sockets around the room, although interlinked extension leads running across floor was a little dubious. Free Internet speed and quality was excellent.

Only option for our 1 night stay in Victoria.
The hotel is definitely dated & needs an upgrade. Tub wasn't cleaned properly; had strands of hair left on the walls of the tub. Luckily we only showered & didn't actually bathe. Not worth the price we paid.
