We booked a suite with a sofa bed for a family of four. The room was so small the bed only just pulled out. Which was not in great order. THe mattress was so thin and didn’t fit. We then had to pay for another room as this suite could only fit 2 people The service in the breakfast cafe was poor. Switches broken on blind controls so we could not open. I would not recommend this hotel

The check in experience was appalling, the guy that checked us in was very abrupt and not very helpful. The hotel itself was in a great location though and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Was disappointed that there were no tea and coffee facilities or a fridge in the room. We did ask for a kettle which they provided but no cups. Other than that all was on

Decent hotel, rude staff.
The location is great, near to all the main tourist spots. The lobby is clean and bright with plenty of seating. The room was really small, which we expected, but we only had two very small thin pillows for two people. I had to call to ask for more. The furniture in the room was a bit shabby, the table top was cracked and chipped. All of that was minor, but I found reception staff rude. We checked in at 11, but our room wouldn't be ready until 3. So we were told we would receive an email with our room number when it was ready. By 4 we still hadn’t heard anything and after an 8 hour flight that morning we were exhausted. I joined the check in queue (huge and only two staff). I explained to the guy on desk that we still hadn’t been allocated a room. I expected at least an apology, or some sort of interaction. No ‘hi’, just give me your ID. Snatched it off me and handed a key card. Not told what room, what floor, where’s the lifts, nothing. I’m so angry I didn’t get his name. It’s ok. But definitely not 4 stars!

err, disappointing Hotel .
DO NOT STAY HERE , We arrived and checked into hotel not a problem, but was very disappointed with a city view deluxe room , room was no different than an ordinary room .There was no bottled water , you have to go to a floor that had water and use there plastic water bottle to fill up also No coffee or tea making fasciitis. First night ended phoning reception due to shower not working and insects in our room they was even in the towels , only to be told to wait until after 9am and speak to the manager . We was told that we could change room as they have to get pest control in . Maids for the rest of the holiday just took towels away never cleaned room , hotel good location but that’s it , over priced and staff rude , security guys rude also . I stayed in New York before and been away in USA many times this is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in .$20 dollars we paid for 2 cup of tea , croissant and cinnamon roll and ended up throwing them away as they was not fresh . Very disappointed in this hotel . :-(rooms were shabby and damaged so make sure you tell reception . Hotel very over priced for what it is , photos look nice on website as they glamed them up to sell the place . You pay for resort fees big con your constantly having to log in to join the WiFi that cuts out all the time .

Nice hotel
It was a great little hotel but there was some issues I had. It states that there was black out blinds and in my room there wasn’t, which meant I would wake up whenever someone’s who’s room was facing me would turn a light on. Also, it should’ve been noted on the website that there was events going on in the hotel as sometimes the entrance to the elevators were blocked. some of the staff we’re unhelpful when asking questions and it seemed like behind the desk and around the desk hadn’t been vacuumed.But it was a nice hotel overall.

Avoid, doesn’t deserve the rating at all
From check in to check out my wife and I repeatedly said to each other we’d never stay here again. The staff were unwelcoming and rude, eye rolls at check in, like we asked too much of them. The hotel has a resort fee ~$40/night, which supposedly covers the facilities, but this hotel has none. There is no fridge in the room (you can additionally hire one for an extra $35/night, if available), there is no kettle, coffee machine or cups, the ironing board was covered in stains and dirt and couldn’t stand up. I was hoping to work from the hotel and use the business lounge, but this turned out to be a collection of iMacs in the reception area - they had no seats, there was no privacy, there were no functioning plugs for your own laptop. It wasn’t a business lounge and it wasn’t possible to do any work there. The breakfast was horrendously organised, it was chaos collecting drinks as names weren’t taken for orders, so everyone was just trying to grab any coffee without figuring who’s it was. Our room had a connecting door to another room, which was locked, that didn’t bother us. But one night the guests next door started smoking, and the smell poured through when we’re trying to sleep, it was disgusting. I called reception, who said they would send security up. I waited up for 30 minutes and no one came. It was a massive let down, I wouldn’t stay again and would actively discourage others from staying, it does not deserve the rating, avoid.

Well it’s the worst experience ever Really the place is not clean and this is not the issue for me The issue with the frontdesk ppl They were sooo rude not only to me to everyone I even had to call the GM and shout at her beck use of their way and the surprise she was worse To me I thought paying more money will make u more comfortable but the truth i didn’t pick the right hotel

Great location, small were quite small. Nice hotel and facilities. When we checked in the staff at the desk had attitude, no hello or welcome to us was very disappointed at her attitude was not friendly at all.
