Uno schifo totale non si sono scusati
Sono stata 4 giorni in questo ‘resort’ tutto si puó dire ma al di fuori parola resort. Sono stati 4 giorni da incubo. Vi raconto la mia avventura perchè spero che nessuno soggiorno piu in questo posto.. Eravamo a cena in massima tranquillità al nostro rientro la coppia di nostri amici si accorge che la porta del loro cottage era aperta entra in stanza e si accorgono che non c’era piu il macbook sul letto e il caricabatterie dalla presa. chiamiamo aiuto e vengono in soccorso la sicurezza e altri membri dello staff ci dicono che solo chi fa le pulizie ha accesso alle stanza ci riassicurano che il giorno seguente avrebbero risolto la situazione perchè loro durante la notte avrebbero indagato , vengono anche a fare un controllo nella stanza mia e del mio fidanzato già da qui iniziamo a insospettirci. La mattina ci svegliamo e chiediamo di parlare con il menager che ci dice di stare tranquilli che la polizia sarebbe andati li che entro le 17 ci davano notizie che l hotel ci avrebbe risarcito del danno subito. Ritorniamo alle 17 ci dicono che la telecamera che era puntata sul cottage era rotta che loro senza una denuncia non potevano fare niente, quindi andiamo a lombok a fare la denuncia la polizia chiede i tabulati delle connessioni dell hotel ma guarda un po’ erano disponibili tutte le date tranne quelle del nostro soggiorno. Dopo 7 ore sequestrati dalla polizia ci arrendiamo e decidiamo di ritornare sull isola che la mattina seguente dovevamo andare via.nessun risarcimento

L’esperienza più brutta della mia vita!
L’albergo è sporco, la colazione è come inesistente, non ci sono biciclette disponibili ma quello che più mi ha scioccata è quello che mi è successo. Ho subito un furto in camera, mi hanno rubato un macbook pro dal valore di 2.500€ entrando con la chiave, avevo lasciato la porta chiusa a chiave sono uscita e dopo 2 ore che sono rientrata ho trovato la porta aperta, e il mio laptop non c’era più,assieme al caricabatteria, sono immediatamente corsa in reception e sono venuti a rovistarmi la camera per vedere se lo trovavano, ho chiesto di poter vedere le telecamere e mi hanno detto che non funzionavano, allora ho chiamato la polizia sono venuti e mi hanno portato con loro sull’isola di Lombok perchè a Gili T non c’è un comando della polizia, una volta sporto denuncia l’albergo mi ha risposto che non era responsabilità loro di risarcirmi e che ora è la polizia che deve fare le indagini. Per me non c e nessuna indagine da fare, solo loro potevano entrare in stanza con la chiave e loro dovevano garantire la mia sicurezza e dei miei effetti personali, la notte dopo non ho dormito poichè da un momento all’altro potevo trovarmi qualcuno in camera e nessuno avrebbe fatto nulla. Detto ció sono tornata scioccata e traumatizzata da questa esperienza in questo hotel. Non lo consiglio a nessuno!

Decent.
The hotel looks nice, is quite clean and the staff is very friendly. Main downside after the remote location is the very subpar food, which made it not as enjoyable as it could've been. If this gets fixed / improved - 5 stars.

Tolle Unterkunft auf der ruhigeren Seite der Insel. Der Sonnenuntergang ist ein Traum. Unser Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und alles was es braucht. Die Preise fürs Essen im Hotel sind durchaus in Ordnung. Die Portionen.beim Frühstück könnten nach meinem Geschmack etwas größer sein. Großes Plus es werden Fahrrad umsonst verliehen, jedoch muss, dafür erstmal nachgefragt werden.
