Amazing stay
Over all stay was amazing. Staff is really good and coperative. The only issue was check out in which they didnt offer us any extension. Being a gold member, they give early check in ane late check out. Infect tney were not aware of room upgrade and other previlages.

Location is very good, just 1 min walk from beach. There are variety of dinning options near the hotel, but most of them are run by Indians (not Thai ethnic people). The hotel is a little bit old, but the equipment/amenities are refreshing. Its a little bit expensive for young people, but a good option for family with kids.

I was unable to sleep properly because every single morning the housekeeping was extremely LOUD in the room above me!!! It was unbelievable how much slamming and banging and dragging and scraping they did on the hard tiled floors. Every single morning despite repeated complaints. Sleeping peacefully is a simple prerequisite to a good stay!
