They need to put camera on 3rd floor and they should pay attention to weird acting people on there property and how when the staff was alerted to the situation and never called the authority to handle it.

Not clean. Lacking amenites
There were no utensils, plates, cups or even a coffee maker in the kitchen, so it was pointless to even have a kitchen. I had to microwave all my meals and purchase plasticware. The garbage disposal didn't work and was backed up, so I only used the bathroom sink. The heat didn't work. There were cigarette ashes on the carpet and the kitchen floor was sticky, which tells me room was not cleaned properly. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. The only positive thing was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful when I needed something.

No toilet paper. No pots and pans for use in the kitchen, even when calling ahead. No extra towels were available for a 3 day stay. Most of the staff was rude.
