Poor registration
The registration was complicated and delayed for twenty minutes. I am standing on a cane trying to get the gentleman to recognize two rooms were ordered. It shouldn’t have taken him that long. One for myself and the other for my daughter and son in law. We were there because of the hurricane. He finally found it! But it was inconvenient!

Quick overnight
Check in was easy and staff were helpful and informative. The elevator was broken which was a little inconvenient but luckily we were on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was a decent offering. Not a fan of the spongy eggs though. The room was clean and well put together. This is a good budget friendly option.

Elevator was out. Room was so noisy when doors were opened and closed all night long it woke me up it was so bad. Hall way had an odor. BUT.. house keeping did a very nice job. Everything was replaced and cleaned for when i returned.

Rude desk clerk/elevator out of service.
When we arrived theWomqn at the front desk was rude. We were told upon arrival that the elevator was not in service and the only floor was available was the 3rd floor at the end of the hall. She told us if it was a problem we could cancel our reservation and go somewhere else.
