This was by For the Nastiest place I have ever seen. Beds looked like they had been slept in, Sheets were yellow and bugs crawling on pillows. other visitor smoking Dope in Hallways. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT ANOTHER La Quinta Inn as long as i live.....

Wife witnessed a shooting
My wife was in the hallway Friday night on her way to the front desk for a snack when she witnessed someone get shot in the hallway of the second floor, 30-40 feet in front of her. She was understandably in fear for her life and felt unsafe. We were supposed to stay in this hotel Friday and Saturday night. I called the front desk for a refund for both nights so we could go to another hotel. The front desk told us they could process a refund for Saturday but not Friday because they “didn’t know who did it”. We called the corporate office and they said to call hotels.com. We called them, they called the property to speak to a manager, just to be told a manager isn’t in the hotel on weekends, which doesn’t make sense. We had to open a case with hotels.com to try and reconcile the situation. But we will never step foot in a La Quinta, as my wife will probably be traumatized for the rest of her life.

This was bad!
I am not one to complain often but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked using hotels.com. The pictures that are shown online are not what this hotel really is. They very much photographed. I tried to cancel but had no luck. The air did not work, the room smelled like mold, the faucet on the tub did not work, neither did the TV. And the mattresses were horrible. I called the front desk and they told me they were sending someone to check it out and they never did. I went back again and they switched me to another room that wasn’t much better. I had no other choice to stay because I would just lost my money because I couldn’t cancel. I hate doing bad reviews but this was a nightmare.
