Room without windows, although we ordered the so-called “Deluxe” room😂 Felt like sleeping in a cellar or a bunker. Also interior was really old/worn out. Looked like a porno set from the 80s. Pictures are very misleading. Guess it’s ok if you just need a roof above your head, but then you would be overpaying. The breakfast was decent.

The overall experience was just fine. They didn’t have parking available in the middle of the week, the thermostat didn’t work correctly and it was extremely cold inside during summer. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Bad service

When we arrived at the agreed time (3 p.m.) our room was not cleaned yet. The receptionist said that it would be ready in a few minutes and that we can wait in the lobby for a moment. We understood that she will come and let us know when it is cleaned and ready. We waited for almost an hour and when I went to ask why it is not ready yet, she asked my name and seemed that she did not even remember what it was about. Another receptionist joined the conversation and when he understood what it was about, he told immediately that the room was ready. We got the feeling that the first receptionist just forgot us..
