Bath tub not properly. Used soap and shampoo left in tub so not sure bathtub was cleaned or sanitized. TV's not working properly. Hotel is way understaffed. Grounds not maintained. Pool and Hot tub closed permanently. Property owners not paying little attention to needs of staff and pay is very poor for existing staff. Maintenance is not a priority for ownership. Light bulbs burnt out is several lights thru out the hotel. Existing staff friendly and is trying best they can.Hotel ownership would rate a 1 and should get out of ownership.

Our room was perfect for us as I had a small dog and we were just a few stps away from the exterior door to outside which I really needed due to my walking disability.
