Right in the heart of where I needed to be to get to the start gates for Tokyo Marathon. I was so pleased and happy to find laundry room in the hotel for me to use afterwards too! I was in Japan in late February-early March. The room was very clean, I couldn't get the portable humidifier going but failed to report it, The air conditioning did not seem to do much, but the window in my room opened and that was wonderful. Staff was efficient, helpful, and attentive.
