Great hotel in Osaka
Very nice hotel, clean with friendly staff. Perfect situated with own entry to train system. Hotel was 5 star quality but little old so 4.5 star now. Definitely reccomended for a trip to Osaka.

Very good
It was comfortable and had all you need for a pleasant stay. A jogging map of the area was a great bonus! I went for a morning jog and it was great. Swimming and gym facilities are only open for a limited time and not in the morning, so if you are a business traveller and have to go to meetings in the morning, you can’t really use either so this was disappointing.

Overall felt disappointed, but spacious rooms
The room here was very spacious and for that we were grateful. But otherwise the hotel was a bit disappointing. It’s huge (over 1000 rooms), the bathroom was dated, not a great area for tourist sights (but possibly for business?) but the most disappointing was that we booked this hotel as it had a swimming pool and we wanted somewhere to enjoy playtime with our baby. But when we got there with our costumes on, we discovered it’s an extra amount (close to £20 pp) to swim, and that children under 3 aren’t allowed in the pool. On re-examining the hotel listing, this is written. But in very “small print”. I really feel that if a facility advertised costs more to use, this should be indicated clearly on the listing, not hidden away.

Classic style hotel
It is a very large well designed hotel. In its day elegance was its charm. It still is but very 80s feel to it. I enjoyed it very much. The shuttle bus is very popular and the hotel caters for many business types as well as flight crews etc etc . Being tourists we were slightly under dressed for this hotel. The natural comfort room was very large and the bed was huge. We loved every minute at this hotel and will return
