Check in was good and friendly. Got to room and as soon as we walked in, we were overtaken by an overwhelming smell of chemicals and mildew. The room was different than the pictures. Bathroom lights were partially out. Shower water was cold and after running it for a bit, it warmed up to maybe a lukewarm. Internet was horrible. Couldn’t watch the tv that their internet was connected to. Went to bar to watch game. Watson, the bartender, hated his job and had the personality of U.S. postal service employee. Breakfast was ok. Best thing was the free drink at check in.

We had a fantastic stay in Providenciales. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, featuring a great shower and a cozy loveseat that made it easy to relax after a day out. One of the highlights was the hotel’s amenities—complimentary chair and umbrella rentals made beach days effortless, and it was an easy walk to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. For added convenience, the hotel also offered a shuttle service to the beach. The pool bar was a fun spot to unwind, serving up excellent cocktails while streaming football games on NFL RedZone, which was a nice touch for sports fans. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a great mix of comfort, convenience, and amenities in a prime location.

This is a beautiful island with gorgeous beaches and wonderful eateries and restaurants. It’s a small community yet perfect for us. The Pool was great, staff friendly and there is room for improvement with upkeep and cleanliness. Beds were comfortable and linens of very good quality.
