Short Trip to Turks & Caicos Islands
Hotel near Grace Bay which is a good location on island. I stayed for four nights. It was a reasonably priced hotel for the location.

Management could be nicer. Bathrooms shower was not good. Location is amazing, which is why the service is average.

Worst Experience Ever
This is BY FAR the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many (to put it into perspective I've been a gold member of Hotels.com for 10 straight years). This place is run down, the service is awful and the surrounding area is frightening. I checked in her with my three grandchildren for two weeks and after the first one we were pulling our hair out. There is literally nothing to do here but eat at really bad restaurants, swim in the pool, or go to the beach. That's it. It will make you go insane. This hotel is pretty basic, don't expect any frills. The hotel staff merely puts up with you. My grandchildren were screamed at for something they didn't do, I got eaten up by mosquitoes, the place smells like sewage more than I care to even remember and they made me feel like I was stealing when their over priced washing machine stole my money. You will leave thinking these people hate you because that is how terrible the service is. Had I not met people there to hang out with this trip would have been more of a nightmare than it was. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. This place is terrible. It made me vow to never return to Turks and Caicos ever again.

Resort?
Im not sure why this is called a resort, there are no services offered except for breakfast. There is sometimes a bar tender, but you have to track them down if you wanted a drink. Most of the staff is pretty rude the only ones that were nice were Johvarty and Jaskson. For $220 a night I wish I would have stayed elsewhere.
