Would not recommend this hotek
Expectation does not match reality.
Hotel is very basic with a lack of amenities.
Would recommend to pay a bit extra to get a much nicer location.!

So-so
The mattresses were rock hard. I’m not even sure they are regular mattresses. They feel like only box springs. Also, no regular sized towels for showering, only hand towels?? The hotel is clean though and the room has a kitchenette - a pleasant surprise.

Never a 4* property. Painting not finished in our hallway.
Our suite was not available to us and the first member of staff hoped we wouldn’t notice and tried to fob us off with a smaller room (which we had to use the first night).
The bathroom lights did not switch off

Housekeeping not great
Reception staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly.
Housekeeping took our towels away even though we had kept them hanging up, but did not give us enough fresh towels, we were one short. My youngest child was sleeping on a sleeper couch, and they did not provide a sheet
