    Staff were so helpful. So keen to make stay as comfortable as possible. I have a disability and they were so helpful and professional manner. However, the hotel was old and outdated. Is was very noisy from the corridors which led to interrupted sleep

    The place was so dusty, breakfast soo poor, smell of damp, had to ask staff to clean thoroughly which never happened and anything you have to pay tips!! I paid so much for executive room, but it was nothing special about it. Room was facing industrial and poor region, dog barking/people showting and car horns didnt let me open the balcony for long. Will never go again, will definitely not recommend to anyobe.

    One should keep in mind that the golden era of modern Cairo was 60 years ago. This is important because most hotels are run down, outdated. Our stay here was fantastic once we got used to the run down part of the rooms. Super clean rooms and great service, the breakfast area is great too, and I’d highly recommend it. In terms of location perfect: 5-10 mins with Uber or walking will get you across the Nile to Zamalek, or to downtown.
