Clean, updated, friendly staff (including bartender at the Tavern)…great location. Enjoyed the room…shower was great! Would stay again. Only negative was price of parking. $80/day is steep. Just be aware if you have a car.

6/10 Good

Hotel was fine. Location is very good within Gold Coast with plenty of dining / stores. Overall the hotel is below average from what I would expect from a 4 star hotel or of this price. No coffee or water in lobby. Towels were very low quality. Didn’t have a bad experience but would not stay again.
