Booked the junior suite, but it is misleading on the photos as they advertise the junior suite with pictures of the presidential suite. I raised this with the reception and they juat laughed it off saying 'yeah haha.' The thermostat has an extremely bright light, which is in your face whole night. The receptionist was not prompt to assit us with the room card as it did not work the four times we tried to make it work in the lift. Room was clean but very dusty.
Considering this is a brand new hotel it didn't feel it once in the room, first met on reception by someone who wasn't very friendly, had booked a suite however it was just a room with a sofa in it so that was pretty sad also, the chair in the room had some suspicious stains on them, there was only 1 of everything in the room despite it being a 2 person booking and the breakfast was very average and not worth the money.
Very good
Nice, new, clean hotel but reception service was limited especially when calling reception for room service or other queries as no one answered the phone
I had trouble checking in S they had not received my booking. It took 20 minutes to check in and I was treated like I hadn’t paid. I then had to email confirmation of my booking to the hotel. There was no apologies.
The hotel was in a good location and was very clean.
Very nice rooms, reception is a little strange and awkward though A little frustrated when I ordered food from the restaurant to take to my room but they wouldn’t let me take a tray with me, I was actually stopped by the manager taking the tray up with me!
Fantastic hotel, welcoming and friendly reception staff, particularly Dominique, think they need a bigger reception desk for their own comfort, beautiful room, clean, in-room comforts were first-class, décor great! Loved the stay. Restaurant, while decor and comfort is spot on, the food and service needs a little bit of work to make it as great as the hotel but nothing a bit of extra attention wouldn’t solve. Really rate the hotel, perfectly situated within walking distance to many attractions too! Definitely worth a visit!
I stayed with Novotel on the 14th February, parking was accessible just a short walk from the hotel for a fee. It isn't secure but does have cameras for security. Check in was easy but you are required to pay £25 deposit upon arrival. The hotel is across the way from nando's and a short walk away from other restaurants and shops. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, well ventilated the AC actually works. I had a minor issue during my stay but have since picked up with the Operational Manager and had my issue resolved. Reception staff are friendly and the hotel itself is very upmarket in my opinion and I would definitely stay again.
Staff very helpful, nice clean hotel it seems brand new.
