The room and building is beautiful, our room was extremely spacious, good looking and practical. We had some trouble with our lockbox, so we called the phone number for adrez and got help within 15 minutes! The only bad thing is the check-in. It’s horrible and i feel as if it violates my privacy. TOO much info is needed, not just for me but for my fellow travelers as well. I will probably use Adrez again- but if i don’t the registration is definitely the reason why not.

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless clean. The location was also incredible with a metro stop right outside the door. The bed was very firm but the pillows were of different sizes to adjust to your comfort level. There is no shampoo in the shower and the room was very warm despite attempts to lower the temperature with the AC.

I loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and incredibly spacious. Bed was very comfortable, shower had excellent water pressure (even the rain shower option). The location also couldn't be beat - short walk to Old Town Square and 2 Chriskindlmarkts. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was lovely, large and clean. However what let the room down was it got extremely hot being on the Fourth floor of the complex and the air conditioning was very poor, hotel came out and looked at it however made little to no difference, the room was still extremely hot. Being positioned right in the city centre meant we were unable to open the windows due to the noise. Someone also unrinated in the elevator throughout our time there on multiple occasions which let the security down.
