Comfortable stay in a beautiful location however, the room is lacking basic facilities like the kettle and the air conditioning on the first night was broken and I had to change the room on the second day. The food and a halfboard is average or even below. The chef is running out of the main items fast. There is no proper marking for allergens. I would see this dinner to have a potential to increase the quality of the serving in the food also the staff is quite noisy. When I remove the plates it’s way too loud.

Go there for the ocean view and sunset

Apartments were pretty basic, they advertised it with a kitchen, but there is little to no utensils in there, so you won't be able to cook much unless your bring your own. There was not even a kettle available, no sponge nor dish soap. My room was next to what seemed to be a generator, so loud continuous sound on until 10 pm. Breakfast was average, orange juice is NOT the standard you'd expect from a 4 stars, some of the food did not look nor taste very fresh. Staff was friendly, pool enjoyable. Overall it can be good for 1 or 2 nights if you get yourself a room with ocean view, otherwise I would not recommend.

The staff and location were fantastic, however the property and rooms are quite dated and the rooms were not very clean, especially the floors (this is in part because they don’t vacuum which for noise is fantastic but there were lots of hairs on the floor when we arrived). I would not class this as 4 star. The food was not to our taste either but this can be rather subjective. Regardless we had a pleasant stay and the staff really were delightful.

Exceeding Expectations!!

I stayed 5 nights at SeaClub Menorca and although it is in the west of the island, it is very well located as it is only ten minutes from Ciutadella. This hotel has the best sunsets in the whole island, people came every night from other parts of the island to view the amazing sunset. In terms of personal service, all the staff at Sea Club Menorca exceeded my expectations. Everyone was remarkably professional and helped me with my needs every single time. The food for the buffet is abundant and diverse. The restaurant staff was cordial and friendly, making me feel like at home. Overall I am extremely pleased with this hotel and absolutely recommend it. Thank you Sea Club Menorca staff!!!

Bon séjour dans l ensemble. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Très belle piscine. Beaucoup de choix au buffet (mais trop de choix, dommage la qualité n est pas au rendez vous), prévoir juste le petit déjeuner sur place. Le personnel est souriant et nous ont renseigné tout au long du séjour ! Des travaux de rénovation sont à prévoir je pense au niveau des chambres.

La location è fantastica! Le tre piscine sono una manna dal cielo soprattutto al tramonto. I tramonti sono spettacolari una location veramente unica! La colazione è varia e abbondante, puoi farti anche i panini per il pranzo a sacco. La cena anche varia, non è una roba eccezionale come cena, ma c’è molta scelta e riesci a saziarti. Importante recarsi a colazione e cena quanto prima. Se si va tardi si trova poco e freddo.

Hotel si trova in una posizione molto bella. La struttura ha del potenziale e potrebbe essere curata di più così come la pulizia.Il trattamento mezza pensione comodo ma a volte di poca qualità. Nel complesso vacanza ok, personale che ci lavora molto gentile. Sistema di inserimento pagamenti alle casse molto complicato e lungo per il personale che fa quel che può, solo quello crea la fila al bar anche se non c'è quasi nessuno. Servizio per lasciare bagaglio l'ultimo giorno potrebbe essere molto migliorato e più sicuro, c'è una stanza dedicata ma aperta (self service), basterebbe tenerla chiusa a chiave dal personale e attaccarci un numero/nome per il ritiro bagagli/borse.

La entrega de la hanitacion, cumplio los tiempos establecidos de entrega hasta las 15, a pesar de haber hecho el checkin a les 10 i de avisar a las 1330 que una persona del grupo habia tenido insolacion. Manteniminento habitaciones justo pero acceptable. La TV no funcinaba, se arreglo, una Luz parladeaba y no se arreglo en los 3 dias. Banyera con reparacion de golpe, nevera con frontal desgastado.

Aucune isolation , on est dans une petite maison de 4 appartements, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les 3 autres appartements ainsi que la maison voisine, les déplacements de meubles,les conversations, les télés.. et sous notre fenêtre chaque matin, le personnel qui prend son service à 7h qui parle à très haute voix les sorties de poubelle... Le pompon, le camion d'approvisionnement de l'hôtel qui reste en marche de 7 à 8 h juste sous notre fenêtre. Le bruit est également présent dans la salle de cantine ( pas restaurant, la nourriture n'est pas du tout au niveau) où le personnel déplace des chariots de vaisselle et range les couverts en les jetant littéralement dans les bacs.
