Booking in was poor. Lady booking guest in arguing with the guest.

Lovely hotel.
Gorgeous hotel, friendly and helpful staff, room was a little cold and no instructions for thermostat, but staff were really helpful and sorted this quickly for us. Bit disappointed in the £20 car park charge. Overall lovely stay and would return again, good value for money.

Great Hotel and Location
Loved everything about it. Great location, great hotel, staff and room. The only thing was I wasn’t sure where the car park was so I had to park in the NCP one which was £25 instead of £20.

Good 6.0
disappointed overall
9th floor, nice and peacefull, room décor, cleanliness and décor were great. view over Manchecter was ok as well. However for some reason the bathroom was very dated and poor. breakfast was a nightmare, very busy with very few floor staff. they tried there best but couldn't cope with the customers. Id stayed here before and didn't recall these problems before.

Nice.
The hotel room was huge and nicely decorated. The bathroom could do with a refurb, but was clean and fine. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great range. Staff were polite and helpful. The only problem we had was it was cold, really cold. We put the heating on (Quite an archaic blower system, which was very loud) and slowly the room heated up. However, to get to sleep required the heater to be turned off (it’s very loud) and the temperature soon dropped. When we said at reception the gent apologised and said we should have rung down and they would have brought an oil heater up. He’s right!

Nice hotel. A little dated.
The staff was very friendly and the food was great. The hotel itself is a little dated and the seems to be geared more towards party goers than business visitors. I stayed on a Wednesday night and the restaurant music was a little too loud to do any work in. the bedroom had a nice big desk and it was very large. But again it felt more like a party room than a working room.

Great stay
Check-in was easy, my key did not work and a really friendly worker took me up to my room and made sure I felt welcome. Room was tidy, clean and comfy View was amazing Location was perfect

Lovely hotel. Brilliant location in the centre for everything. Would stay again

Not 4 star quality
The service from all staff we came across was excellent. The hotel is very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. Our bathroom was more like a 2 star. The Renaissance is OK for a night stay but if your looking for a 4 star hotel, I would not recommend this hotel.
