Very good 8.0
Nèw year stay
Enjoyed the 2 night stay. Only problem was the car park. Wasn't informed that access to hotel car park was not available after 10pm due New years eve. However hotel staff resolved the matter promptly.

Great Hotel
Fab place to stay in Manchester, great location. The rooms are very spacious and modern, hotel lovely overall. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Good 6.0
Maybe should have upgraded to Superior rooms ??
Although we were given connecting deluxe rooms, one of the rooms was for disabled guests. Instead of a nice bathroom there was big 4m by 4m tiled space with a shower the corner. The water from the shower was not very warm, even turned cold at times. Toilets not clean around sides. Rooms, although very big and spacious need refreshing, starting to look dated, it was difficult to find plugs to charge our phones. On the other hand, the carpets in the rooms were nice. Breakfast was good and location very good too.Staff were nice and friendly too.

Poor 2.0
Just don't
Not a 4 star hotel, or even close. Indifferent service, not-great food, tatty rooms, no safe, no fridge, sent me someone else's bill with my name & e-mail on (no idea if they've charged that to me too) hard to contact to set the billing issue right. Good location and parking but unless that's all that matters go somewhere else.
